  4. List of Suppliers and Package Inclusions
  5. Record of Payment management
  • Provide list of Government Records Requirements (Weddings)
  • Wedding Emergency Kit on the day
  • Guest List Management
  • Assistance in Pre-event coordination (Stag, Showers, shoots)
  • Assistance in Contract Review
  • Assistance in Fitting, Meetings, & Rehearsals.
  • 2 Freebies (Clients Choice)
  • On the day and Partial coordination will apply.


  • 3 to 6 Months Preparation
  • Major Suppliers are already booked
  • Follow up and coordinate with booked suppliers
  • Assist in Planning and conceptualization of event
  • Assistance with RSVP and guest list
  • Refer and Set up appointment to suppliers
  • Confirm details to vendors booked
  • Supervision to all Suppliers
  • On the day coordination will apply.


  • 3 Months Turnover of Wedding Details
  • Recommend reliable suppliers that are still needed.
  • Final Confirmation of details and services to booked suppliers
  • Discussion of Layout and set up with suppliers
  • Assist in Final Guest list and seating arrangement
  • Assist in Music selection and program necessities
  • Conceptualize and planning of event program
  • Over all management from ceremony to reception
  • Suppliers Management
  • Guest Management
  • Management of ceremony and reception supplies
  • Manage registration, Table Numbers and Gift Inventory
  • Ushering of the whole event
